The K.N.P.S.V.

The Royal Dutch Pharmaceutical Students’ Association (K.N.P.S.V.) is the national organisation which represents over 2600 students of pharmacy and bio-pharmaceutical sciences in the Netherlands. The K.N.P.S.V. was founded in 1903 and consists of three local students’ associations: “Pharmaciae Sacrum” (P.S.), from the Groningen University, „Aesculapius” from the Leiden University and “Unitas Pharmaceuticorum” (U.P.) from the Utrecht University. All the students that are part of these local associations automatically become a member of the K.N.P.S.V. and therefore EPSA.

The K.N.P.S.V. has three main focus points: contributing to the link between students and the professional world, fraternisation of all (bio-)pharmaceutical students of the Netherlands and forming the link between the local associations and the international sphere. These three main focus points will all contribute to the organisation of an incredible international congress.

By representing all Dutch (bio-)pharmaceutical students, the K.N.P.S.V. has access to the pick of the litter for organizing their activities. Every year these groups of students have organised many professional and (inter-)nationally focused events including international nights, a bi-annual career day, a four day congress and much more.

More information about the K.N.P.S.V. can be found here.
