The first activities on Monday April 23rd are the First Attendees Meeting (for all participants that are attending their first EPSA event) and the Liaison Secretaries (LS) Meeting (for Liaison Secretaries). The exact time of these meetings will be corresponded as soon as possible, but these meetings will be held in the afternoon.

No. For attendance of the parties, a minimum of 75% participation in that days educational programme is mandatory. Per day, this means the following attendance is needed for access to the social programme:

  • Monday: exception, all participants are welcome to attend the opening ceremony.
  • Tuesday: attending both sessions of the symposium (9:00h-11:00h & 11:30h-13:00h) is mandatory. At least one afternoon session must also be attended.

  • Thursday: at least three out of four sessions must be attended.
  • Friday: due to Sightseeing in the afternoon, all educational sessions of the morning are mandatory.
  • Saturday: because of gala dinner, there will be only three sessions on Saturday. 75% attendance means that all three sessions are mandatory.

For members of the K.N.P.S.V., the hosting association, there was a limited amount of gala tickets available. The gala ticket include the gala dinner, gala ball, a stay of one night at the castle, and breakfast on Sunday. The sale for the gala tickets is closed, if you wish to attend, send an email to Eva van Haren, our Registrations  & PR Officer. If you wish to only attend the gala, you don’t need to register for the congress.

No, there is one kind of gala ticket. Arranging your stay elsewhere will not reduce the price of the gala ticket.

Participation of the congress is possible for members of EPSA. If you are a member of your local or national association and your local or national association is a member of EPSA (http://www.epsa-online.org/member-associations/), it means that you are a member of EPSA. EPSA Alumni are also EPSA members. If your local or national association is not associated with EPSA, but you are enrolled in a Pharmacy-related education (e.g. Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences) in Europe, it is possible to apply for the status of Individual Member of EPSA. Learn more about Individual Members here (http://www.epsa-online.org/memberships/).

The drug policy is zero tolerance. If an RC member or Helping Team member finds any forbidden substances in your belongings during the congress, your participation will be cancelled and you will be requested to leave at own expense.
